All our products are custom-made and handcrafted with care. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
Returns are only accepted if:
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product arrived damaged during shipping.
Notification period:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the product and original packaging.
Process:
Email us at [email protected] with the subject: “Return – Order #[number]”.
Attach clear photos of the defect and packaging.
We will evaluate your request and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or partial/full refund depending on the case.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction.
Damage due to misuse after delivery.
Customized or made-to-measure products.
